How Wise Leaders Innovate With Impact
Mike Thompson, CEO
We are excited to announce our new executive education programme with Durham University Business School. The first course will take place 5-7 June, 2018.
Combining academic research on wise management and organisational wisdom, with practical instruction on how to apply the principles of GoodBrand’s Sociovation® framework to your business, the three-day course will equip business leaders with insight and understanding of how to deliver impact-led innovation in their organisations.
With a focus on the consumer-packaged goods sector, participants should expect a high tempo, case-study based learning experience, with group project deliverables.
Since our foundation in 1997, GoodBrand has set out to help our clients do business differently, using Sociovation® to design business models that deliver impact and a commercial return.
Not only do we believe this provides a source of competitive advantage, but the delivery of these models has become a vital capability, as consumers and regulators press growing demands on business to play an active role in supporting communities and protecting the environment.
We have been privileged to work with clients that have identified imaginative ways to deal with these changing expectations of their brand and value chain stewardship over the last twenty years.
Our new partnership with Durham University Business School affords us the opportunity to scale our impact by sharing our experience and thinking directly with business leaders so that they can apply it in their own organisations. We hope this will play a small part in catalysing change in business more rapidly. We’re grateful to be able to work with Professor Geoff Moore in making this happen.

James Wallis Speaks at hub dot
Lots of people walk around with a very negative view of business, even (or especially), those who work inside large corporates.
My hope is that through dialogue (and innovation) we can gradually challenge embedded orthodoxies and help people apply their true values to their work. Recognising the ability of business to do good is not hopeless idealism, rather a path to long-term success and a better world
